The little flock is led by Pastor Luke Nyasha Makumbe. We welcome supporting ministers of the Five-Fold ministries of the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ. Brother Luke received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour in August 1991 and was ministered unto by the five-fold ministry that preaches the Message of the Hour as scriptural vindicated by the fulfilment of Malachi 4 vs 5-6, Mathew 17 vs 11, Acts 3 vs 20-21, Revelation 3 vs 14, Revelation 10 vs 7...etc, in the life and ministry of Brother William Marrion Branham.

He attended fellowship at Shalom Tabernacle (Masvingo, Zimbabwe), Eastlea Tabernacle (Harare, Zimbabwe), Local Christian Assembly (London, UK).

After several years of waiting upon the Lord, he received his Ministerial calling in a Supernatural Holy-Roller manner on Friday 12th February 2016. During the experience, an audible 'voice' spoke in his heart saying "you said, you will not go", this was after declining to earlier yield to impressions upon his heart, and he completely surrendered lifting up his arms saying "I will go, Lord" several times.

This led him to evangelize and co-work as a minister at Voice of God Healing Christian Fellowship (Reading, UK). A year later, he was ordained as a Minister at the Switzerland Easter 2017 Convention with a commissioning prayer to be a blessing to the community as he serves the mystical Body of the Lord Jesus Christ. On 14th October 2018, the doors of Speckled Bird Fellowship were opened in Watford, an outskirt city in the northern part of Greater London, UK.

The first congregation was his family. In May 1997, Brother Luke got married to Sister Regina, who received the Lord Jesus Christ in 1991 and they are blessed with threes sons serving the Lord Jesus Christ and one daughter married now and attending an associated fellowship. The Lord continues to multiple and bless the fellowship that initially started as a burden with the family meeting in Watford. Currently, three families and a single brother meet with a burden to spread the Revealed Word of God near and far, as the Lord God shall call in the Great Commission of Mark 16.

Bro Luke Nyasha Makumbe was ordained Pastor of the fellowship on Saturday 12th February 2022, six years after his calling. The greatest desire upon Bro Luke's heart is to witness to anyone to become a born-again Christian by leading him or her to accept the Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour ; see them grow to become sanctified to receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and have an individual relationship with God which leads to their adoption in the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ.
